Seth Ponder

Seth Ponder is a passionate Computer Science and Engineering educator at Riley High School in South Bend, Indiana. As a certified Project Lead the Way (PLTW) instructor, he believes in the power of hands-on learning, problem-solving, and critical thinking to prepare students for college, careers, and life. A South Bend native and proud product of South Bend Schools, Seth is grateful to give back to the community that shaped him by helping create future leaders and innovators.

Outside the classroom, Seth enjoys traveling with his family (they’re on a mission to visit all 48 contiguous states), exploring national parks, and cheering on the Chicago Cubs and Purdue Boilermakers. He lives in South Bend with his wife and their three teenage sons, all students in South Bend Schools.
