Seth Ponder

I am a passionate Computer Science and Engineering educator at Riley High School in South Bend, Indiana. As a certified Project Lead The Way (PLTW) instructor, I believe in the power of hands-on learning, problem-solving, and critical thinking to prepare students for college, careers, and beyond. As a South Bend native and a proud product of our local school system, I am grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community that shaped me by helping to mentor the next generation of leaders and innovators.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy traveling with my family. We are currently on a mission to visit all 48 contiguous states—exploring national parks, and cheering on the Chicago Cubs and the Purdue Boilermakers. I live in South Bend with my wife and our three teenage sons, all of whom are students in South Bend Schools.
